Change clock deco and add smoke to train

tyalie requested to merge tyalie/busdisplay:master into master

Previously the clock wasn't necessarily readable due to the deco surrounding it. The deco has now been changed to increase readability.

And because it's fun: The commit also introduces procedurally generated smoke that is coming out of the train chimney. This reduces the performance it a bit currently, but a rewrite is on the horizon lel.
